Solvent-free Epoxy primer

Weber.maxitfloor 4710 is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy resin. Weber.maxitfloor 4710 is applied on the miniral substrate as primer and bond.

Water-based Epoxy finish

Weber.maxitfloor 4730 is a two-component, colorful epoxy resin. It can be applied on concrete substrate and asphalt surface as colorful coating. Weber.maxitfloor 4730 allows water vapor transmission, so it can be used as basement car parking floor surface, and also in light industry factory e.g. Pharmaceutical factory, and renovated on the existing epoxy floor surface with substrate in good condition.

APPLICATION: Weber.maxit water-based Epoxy finish only can be applied on the concrete or other cemetitious floor surface. Once first coat applied, the second application taken in 8-24hours. The water-based epoxy finish penetrate into the substrate and improve base strength, the roller is used for epoxy floor construction.

Solvent-free self-leveling Epoxy finish

Weber.maxitfloor 4750 is a solvent-free, pigmented, two-component epoxy resin. Weber.maxitfloor 4750 coating for mechanically stressed concrete and cementitious screeds e.g. in workshops, warehouses, and factory floors, producing smooth, surfaces.

APPLICATION: filling ratio for layers of up to 2mm, 1 part solvent-free, self-leveling expoxy finish and 0.5 part quartz sand (0.1mm – 0.4mm). pour sovlent-free, self-leveling epoxy finish onto the prepared substrate surface and spread it evenly by means of a serrated trowel or scraper. The substrate should then by rolled with a spiked roller for smoothing and to release any entrapped air. Smooth coating (thickness approx. 2mm) preparation of surface priming with solvent-free epoxy primer. Complete scattering with quartz sand (0.1mm – 0.4mm)
